Job summary As a Loan Servicing Analyst within our team, you independently execute day‑to‑day servicing and research activities that ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality client service. You manage internal transaction requests, resolve monetary issues for internal and external partners, and maintain clear, current procedures and system documentation to support strong controls and great client outcomes You work closely with teammates and cross‑functional partners, serve as a subject matter resource, and help drive continuous improvement across our processes You balance independence with collaboration, communicate clearly, and keep a sharp focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction You lead fact‑finding on transaction exceptions, identify root causes, propose practical solutions, and escalate only highly complex issues with recommendations.
