In this role you will assist members, staff, and third parties with general aspects of loan servicing, loan modifications and loan due date changes for the credit union. Reviewing, processing, and validating member submitted requests for loan modifications or due date changes. Ensuring requests are processed and completed in a timely manner including contacting members when necessary. Verifying requests meet established policy and procedure guidelines. Utilize third-party remote electronic signature platform to track and process requests.
