Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and guest amenities
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Monitor and restock supplies in public areas to ensure a clean and inviting environment
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest service
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to uphold hotel policies and guest safety
