About The Position

We’re hiring a passionate Lounge Bartender to craft exceptional drinks and
elevate guest experiences. Ideal candidates are skilled in mixology,
customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility and teamwork
are key to delivering our high hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Flexible Availability: Must be available for late-night shifts (3pm - Close) to support our lively evening atmosphere.
• Weekend Commitment: Willingness to work weekends as needed during peak business hours.
• Holiday Shifts: Openness to working holidays to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar, ensuring proper storage of liquor, fruit, and juices.
• Prepare cocktails to Beverage Standards using standard jigger and follow check-handling procedures (credit card only, no cash tabs).
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including stocking ice, beer, soda, and juices, replacing glassware, and cleaning floors and trash cans at shift’s end.
• Complete all opening and closing duties as outlined in the checklist.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock rotation.
