About The Position
Looking for a local truck driving job with daily home time? Join a growing intermodal fleet where drivers average about $72,000 in annual gross pay through an activity-based pay plan that rewards safety, efficiency, and strong work ethic. Drivers earn $0.36–$0.47 per mile with additional earnings for detention ($20/hour after 1–1.5 hours), drop and hook ($38), live load/unload ($51), hazmat ($25), refrigerated loads ($30), border crossings ($75), crosstown moves ($20), driver assist ($25), and other accessorial work such as equipment cleaning, yard checks, spotting, mechanical breakdown, and rail delay time. Layover pay is $200, holiday pay is $200 per day, and training or meetings are paid hourly. The role offers daily home time, mostly no-touch freight, onsite management, paid online orientation, and well-maintained company equipment.
Requirements
- You must have a current CDL A License
- at least 3 months of verifiable CDL A driving experience.
