About The Position

Local CDL Class B Route Driver Waste Connections of Colorado Location: Henderson, CO Pay Range: $26 - $30 per hour + $2,500 Stay-On Bonus! Join Our Growing Team! Waste Connections is looking for a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join our expanding team in Henderson, Colorado! No CDL? No problem! We provide the truck, training, and even pay for your CDL to help you grow your career.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (CDL not required – we’ll help you get it!)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to safety and customer service

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes
• Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials
• Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
