Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Communications preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in outside business to business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record of success, two (2) years preferred
Responsibilities
- Work to increase number of new patient referrals to practice by: 1) frequently visiting and establishing relationships with local general dental offices; 2) proactively seeking other local business referral opportunities; 3) proactively finding and working other community events, fairs, etc. to promote the practice.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in coordination with the practice's marketing manager to help the practice meet its monthly production, new patient start and referral goals.
- Service-oriented and a self-starter
- Ability to solve issues and problems creatively
- Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with team members and external contacts at all levels
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Highly effective organizational skills
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat
