About The Position

As part of the Last Mile Delivery (LMD) organization, the Driver Engagement, Communications & Content Team creates meaningful touchpoints that support, inform, and retain gig workers who use the Spark Driver App. The Communications Excellence workstream plays a critical role in advancing this mission by delivering clear, compelling, and accessible multilingual communications. About the Role We are seeking a Localization Manager to ensure our multilingual messaging and knowledge content maintain the highest levels of quality, consistency, and cultural resonance. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to triage translation needs, enhance localization workflows, optimize linguistic quality, and uphold Spark Driver brand standards. Your cultural and linguistic expertise will help create content that strengthens gig driver engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Requirements

5+ years of experience creating and managing multilingual content across channels.
3+ years of handson localization project management experience.
Professional fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments and adapt to shifting demands.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with minimal supervision.
A high level of curiosity and a desire to grow in a dynamic, rapidly evolving space.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

Act as the localization subject matter expert, advising teams on best practices for creating, managing, and optimizing multilingual content.
Maintain regular communication with cross-functional partners—including weekly checkins—to ensure progress toward project goals and deadlines.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance content quality, and improve consistency across languages and channels.
Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promote localization excellence across the organization.
Apply a solution-oriented mindset to address stakeholder needs, resolve issues proactively, and manage escalations effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
