About The Position

In this role, you'll contribute to developing, maintaining, and supporting the Localization Pipeline technology, facilitating seamless integrations, and enhancing efficiency for the Globalization team. As a Localization Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of adopting innovative technologies to dynamically support the localization process, ultimately ensuring high-quality multilingual content delivery. You'll engage closely with cross-functional teams and instill best practices in development, contributing to a company culture celebrated for its inclusivity and cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

5 years of software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Go, TypeScript, or Python.
Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation.
Working knowledge of software localization methodologies.
Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with TMS platforms like Smartling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Equivalent qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high quality and scalable solutions within established timelines.
Develop and maintain scalable components that support the localization pipeline.
Build internal tools and automation to improve team efficiencies.
Implement integrations with translation management systems.
Create tools leveraging GenAI for multilingual support.
Collaborate with PMs, Translators, and QA teams to ensure effective localization.
Diagnose and optimize systems for multilingual content delivery.
Contribute to AI-based localization frameworks.
Maintain accountability for code lifecycle.
Participate in open-source projects.
