The candidate shall provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to include Provisioning and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) support services for the LCS SUW/PSE. 1. Receive, investigate and evaluate DMS alerts. 2. Assign DMS cases for obsolescence mitigation and prepare DMS solutions, recommendations and status reports. 3. Review and analyze DMS technical documentation and prepare recommendations. 4. Assist in electronic monitoring of DMS material buys. 5. Prepare for and participate in DMS and LCS working groups with the Naval community to address DMS issues. 6. Define system supportability requirements, evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts, coordinate logistic tasks, review and track logistics products, and participate in various working groups and integrated product teams dedicated to development of specific logistics products. 7. Coordinate and interface with NSWC PHD, other government activities, and various contractor offices for meetings, program schedules, milestones, and product deliveries. Provide inputs to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). 8. The Contractor shall prepare long range program and project plans and analyze all available data for program impacts on schedules and milestones. 9. The Contractor shall review and track logistics products to include compiling and inputting data in various databases, systems, and applications. 10. Review results of NAVSUP Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) analysis for LCS equipment, and support implementation of RBS results into provisioning data. 11. Provide inputs to technical documentation and Illustrated Parts Lists. 12. Perform provisioning data input and maintenance planning support by reviewing contractor and government submitted engineering change proposals, deviations and Ship Change Documents and submitting impacts to ILS Lead via the Configuration Manager. 13. Provide recurring status of provisioning for LCS equipment 14. Support review and development of Allowance Equipage Lists (AELs) for tools and test equipment as identified by the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs) and Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRCs). 15. Support review and development of Allowance Parts List/Allowance Equipage List (APL/AEL) Development: a. The contractor will enter the Provisioning Parts List (PPL) data into Integrated Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) Client Server (C/S) database and must pass the ICAPS TSA Provisioning Validation function. b. The Government will provide appropriate Provisioning Contract Control Number (PCCN). c. When the contractor cannot submit into ICAPS (C/S), the contractor shall submit provisioning data in suitable format as referenced in Logistics Management Information (LMI) Performance Specification, MIL-PRF-49506 and Logistics Product Data, GEIA-STD-0007B. d. The references define a provisioning transaction set and associated LSA-036 Style Sheet for formatting the provisioning technical documentation to ensure the data is compatible for electronic submission via email to the existing in-house DOD material management automated systems (ICAPS). 16. Verify that National Stock Numbers are authorized for procurement and/or active and are consistent with APL/AEL data and the Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB). a. Report any supply discrepancies and part obsolescence issues to NSWC PHD. Submit suggested changes to APLs/AELs to NSWC PHD. 17.Upon request of the government team the contractor shall submit input for the creation of any of the following reports/programs as well as provide insightful data analysis to support informed decision-making: a. Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) b. Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) c. Logistics Product Data Summaries
