We are seeking a motivated and mission‑focused professional to join the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Automated Logistics Support Team. Requirements

  • Held the military occupational specialty 14E Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer; 140E / 140L Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Systems Technician, or 948D-6D/27X/94S Patriot System Repairer.
  • BS/BA and 5+ years of specialized military experience in related field.
  • 5-10+ years of maintenance experience on AMD weapon systems.
  • Must be able to employ equipment/TMDE and access tactical equipment to perform testing and data collection.
  • Must either hold or be able to acquire a Secret security clearance.
  • Must currently possess or be able to acquire a U.S. Passport and be willing to travel up to 25% as mission requirements dictate.

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive knowledge in overall Army acquisition process and lifecycle logistics.
  • Management experience in the conduct of AMD weapon system maintenance.
  • Knowledge and experience with Keysight Virtual Engineering Environment (VEE) software.
  • Knowledge of TMDE used in support of ballistic missile defense (BMD) weapon systems.
  • Expert in logistics management with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in technical writing, including the development of high-quality technical analysis documents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical analysis, technical and subject matter expertise input into multiple integrated product team meetings in support of the U.S. Government (USG).
  • Provide logistical analyses and technical support in the development, maintenance, update, and demonstration on the use of Computer-Aided Procedures (CAPs) software application.
  • Provide technical expertise and subject matter support on Missile Systems modernization, lifecycle management, sustainment, logistics software, and specialized tools and test equipment.
  • Deliver informed recommendations to the USG on obsolescence risks and non‑supportability issues across all supported weapon systems.
  • Conduct Virtual Engineering Environment (VEE) software programming to create, test, and employ automated test procedures for the Computer Aided Procedures (CAPs) software application suite.
  • Conduct test events as needed.
  • Provide technical analysis and subject matter expertise on Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) replacement items, identifying solutions to address obsolescence and non-supportable equipment for U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense (AMD) units.
  • Review tactical equipment engineering change proposals (ECPs) for modifications that impact logistics requirements, providing recommendations and detailed analysis regarding system impacts and long-term supportability.
  • Conduct technical research and analysis to develop formal documentation on behalf of the USG, including action items, white papers, trade studies, and other required technical reports.
  • Issue equipment to U.S. Army units in accordance with USG policy and deliver technical training as required.
