Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and versatile individual to join our team as a Logistics and Operations Assistant. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who enjoys a "no day is the same" environment. You will support our warehouse operations, handle local deliveries, and assist with basic facility maintenance. If you are a responsible professional with a clean driving record and a "can-do" attitude toward basic repairs and other responsibilities, we want to meet you! You can learn and develop with us!

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Driving: Must maintain a clean driving record for daily local travel in company-provided vehicles.
  • Skills: Basic "handyman" repair experience (e.g., door hinges, lightbulbs, basic maintenance) is required.
  • Computer Literacy: Ability to effectively use computers for inventory tracking, training, and reporting.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, ascend/descend stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds daily.
  • Legal: Must maintain a clear background check and remain Drug-Free;
  • Authorized to work in the U.S..

Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Logistics: Receive, inspect, and store inbound materials and supplies while maintaining high accuracy in our inventory systems.
  • Precision Packing: Pack highly perishable finished goods (blood products) according to strict safety and customer requirements.
  • Daily Driving: Operate company vehicles safely for local Just-In-Time (JIT) deliveries to customers and transfers between our Miami and Fort Lauderdale sites.
  • Facility Support: Perform basic maintenance work to ensure our facilities remain safe and professional.
  • Quality Control: Team up with leaders in your department and report any discrepancies or incidents into our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure we maintain our high standards.
