About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the logistics department by coordinating and optimizing the supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or warehouse role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze data for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the shipment of goods and materials across various locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal departments to resolve any logistical issues.
• Prepare and maintain records of logistics data and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
