Summary The Logistics Coordinator / Administrative Assistant supports daily operations by coordinating logistics activities while providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED,
  • Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in advanced administrative positions,

  • PC skills to include MS Office (Word, Excel) Advanced,

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track shipments, deliveries, and inventory as needed
  • Communicate with the customer, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate logistics execution
  • Maintain logistics records, schedules, and documentation
  • Identify and escalate delays, discrepancies, or issues proactively
  • Support basic reporting related to logistics and operations
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and route inquiries appropriately
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
  • Assist with office organization
  • Support leadership and team members with day-to-day administrative needs
  • May periodically assist in training and checking the work of lower-level employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Willingness to work extended or non-standard hours as customer needs require.
