About The Position

The Logistics Coordinator / Operations role at Bedrock Logistics is responsible for supporting daily transportation and logistics operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of freight. This position plays a key role in coordinating shipments, communicating with carriers and customers, and maintaining operational excellence across the supply chain.

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with logistics software, TMS systems, and Microsoft Office
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle issues calmly and professionally

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily freight operations, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipments
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, issues, or service disruptions
Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation and operational records
Monitor load status and update internal systems with real-time information
Support dispatch and operations teams with administrative and operational tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
Assist with rate confirmations, billing support, and documentation accuracy
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
