Help us write the next chapter of Purina’s history. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will provide support for warehouse operations including delivery and shipment coordination. You will also facilitate communication for all warehouse associates related to daily work assignments and operational needs. This position will be a night shift role, 6pm-6am, on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of clerical/administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment

Responsibilities

Utilize various digital warehouse systems to facilitate and coordinate the entire shipping process.
Collaborate with all warehouse team members to ensure daily completion of the dock schedule.
Ensure orders can be filled in full while meeting product quality and quantity standards. Communicate discrepancies to Warehouse and Operations Planning teams as needed.
Manage daily flow of drivers for warehouse loads and unloads.
Work closely with the Transportation team on trailer inventories, product cuts, overweights and dock schedule.
