About The Position

Responsible for office and clerical functions and providing administrative support for the Operations Director and staff. May coordinate office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and control, housekeeping, records control and special management projects. Responsible for office and clerical functions and providing administrative support for the Operations Director and his/her staff. Coordinates all office and clerical duties for the site. Directs services such as office equipment maintenance, repair, supplies, mail and files. Prepares professional looking presentations using Power Point and/or any other applicable software. Coordinates and schedules management and teammate meetings for the site. Responsible for maintaining and securing all on-site records. Coordinates special events and local teammate functions. Sort and distributes incoming mail. Orders office supplies for the site. Makes travel arrangements for division management and others. SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: May assist in preparation of operating budgets activities. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Performs additional duties as directed.
