Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse and supervisory role
• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management
• Proficiency in computer systems, including WMS
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A high school diploma or GED is required

Nice To Haves

• An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse logistics, such as receiving, storage, and shipping
• Tracking products, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling variances
• Supervising, training, and managing warehouse associates
• Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment
• Monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements
• Overseeing material handling equipment operations
• Maintaining accurate documentation and entering data into systems
• Liaising with various parties to ensure smooth operation
