Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, warehouse management systems, and transportation management.
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in logistics.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage logistics budgets and negotiate contracts with carriers and service providers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
