Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, warehouse management systems, and transportation management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
  • Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage logistics budgets and negotiate contracts with carriers and service providers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
