Raytheon Logistics is looking for an independent, self-motivated Logistics Specialist located at the Merrimack, NH facility.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in one or more of those areas: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Production, Planning, Manufacturing and/or Warehouse.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the logistics point of contact for the program customer and the program office for the purpose of addressing program logistic status, issues and concerns.
  • Work closely and coordinate Program Management, Program Planners, Site Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Security and Mission Assurance.
  • Support the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements.
  • Support the daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program(s) to include providing directions to program logistics coordinators or warehouse functional leads.
  • Support functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives to include contractual sell-off requirements with the Quality and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
  • Coordinate and disseminate logistics priorities with the functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives.
  • May attend program related meetings and support the collection of data and metrics to aid in logistics budget and analysis.
  • Process Bill of Ladings for both Government and FMS Shipments (Domestic and International)
  • Process shipments in XPO Connect, UPS.COM, FEDEX.COM, DHL.COM, etc. on behalf of Raytheon
