About The Position

Role Overview Supports the Warehouse Operations Manager, Logistics Leadership team and Supply Chain Planning team. Analysis lead for the organization. Liaison for the Logistics organization and warehouses, Customer Service, Business Units, and Supply Chain organizations. Provide SharePoint support for existing tools. Detail of Tasks/Assignments: Collect data, create reports, analyze data using SAP Analytics, SAP, and various files. Lead, facilitate and participate in cross functional process improvements – using data to identify the opportunities. Interface, coordinate, and communicate with Leadership, Supply Chain, Customer Order Services (COS); facilitating process excellence for new/changing businesses or issue resolution. Coordinate, facilitate, communicate, and troubleshoot existing processes. Responsibilities include leading/hosting conference calls and cross-functional meetings, follow-up with Operations Leadership, Systems, Transportation, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Planning, Hazmat Team, and the warehouses. Create functional specifications and data maps to support systems upgrades Facilitate Testing and Training for systems upgrades\enhancements. Maintain\support existing SharePoint sites. Build process and information flow diagrams current state and future state to enable identification of areas of opportunity. Create best practice supply chain deliverables including supply chain health dashboards, S&OP processes, inventory and capacity processes integrating the entire flow of the supply chain.
