About The Position

When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. Job Summary: As a Logistics Systems Integration Lead, you will help design and deliver scalable intralogistics automation solutions across our plants and warehouses. Working closely with enterprise capability owners and cross‑functional teams, you will lead solution and architecture design, technical governance, and the development of MDP/MVP/MMP products, simulations, and system integrations. Your work will span key automation technologies such as AGV/AMR fleet management, conveyors and sortation, AS/RS, and goods‑to‑person systems, along with integration between WMS, WCS, LOS, ERP, and MES platforms. With a strong focus on standardization, replication, and sustainability, you will help enable enterprise‑ready automation solutions that drive operational excellence at scale.
