About The Position

The Facility Support Lead is responsible for the "curb appeal" and operational environment of the dealership, ensuring that every physical space a customer encounters reflects our high standards of excellence. This role blends rigorous facility maintenance and custodial oversight with high-touch customer interaction during shuttle transit. The role is the guardian of the dealership’s first and last impressions, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional atmosphere while providing personalized transportation for our guests. The Facility Support Lead is a multi-faceted role dedicated to ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every dealership guest. The support lead will serve as a key ambassador of our brand, providing polite and prompt transportation for customers, maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment in our showroom and waiting areas, and ensuring that every vehicle is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Custodial duties in service lanes and customer waiting area
  • Polish showroom floor and maintain customer area cleanliness
  • Front of building outside (trash cans, leaves, etc.)
  • Transporting customers to requested locations.
  • Picking up and delivering vehicles needing service.
  • Moving vehicles off service lanes, staging for Quick Service, Lane, or Shop.
  • Bringing vehicles from the lot to the service aisle for customer delivery.
  • Occasionally assists with customer routing.
