About The Position

Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly Service Porter / Lot Attendant to join our Service Department. In this role, you’ll help create a seamless and efficient service experience by greeting customers, moving vehicles safely, and ensuring our service drive and lot are clean, organized, and ready for business. Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is proud to be a top-performing Toyota dealership in the Southeast region (SET), retailing over 5,000 vehicles annually. In June 2025, we moved into our brand-new, state-of-the-art, 100,000-square-foot facility conveniently located off I-95 and State Road 207 in St. Augustine. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Dependable and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the service drive and assist with initial vehicle intake
Move customer vehicles to and from the service area, parking lot, and delivery zones
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer lounge, and shop areas
Assist technicians and advisors with vehicle staging and traffic flow
Perform light cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed
Run dealership errands when required
Track and log vehicle locations to ensure smooth operations
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally
