Automotive Lot Attendant Mullinax Ford is looking for an energetic team player who is self-motivated and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-store enterprise. Prior dealership experience preferred but not required. Job Description The lot attendant is an integral part of the Mullinax Sales Team. As a lot attendant you will receive, move, arrange and maintain the appearance of vehicles, and ensure the orderliness of the vehicle lot. Schedule : To be discussed during interview

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time
• Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
• Valid Driver’s license & ability to operate an automobile
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Must be able to pass background screening, motor vehicle check, and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Prior dealership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking in new and pre-owned inventory
• Ensuring lot is organized, clean, and free of debris
• Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas
• Guaranteeing dealership license plates frames and brand sticker is affixed to vehicle
• Checking new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers and selling price
• Maintaining keys
• Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory
• Follow all Company procedures and standards
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management
• Washing cars and trucks
