About The Position
Receive Purchase Agreement and review the terms of each agreement. Review and clear all of the title requirements. Prepare the Closing Disclosure Statement according to the Purchase Agreement and lenders closing instructions. After lender and seller approval release the ALTA Statement to buyers and their realtor. Review the Alta Statement with the buyer and confirm the buyers cash to close. Balance the file with the lender wire and set checks for all required invoices. Prepare all of the required title documents (Deeds, affidavits etc.) and add them to the lenders closing package. Send the closing package to the notary for execution. Upon receipt of the executed closing package review the documents to confirm they have been properly executed and release the package to post closing for disbursement.
