About The Position

We are seeking individuals with a fun-loving personality and outgoing attitude to be the host of the party. Your knowledge of our outstanding food & beverage offerings makes guests of our lounge feel unique and valued.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience as a Cocktail Server required
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
• Must be minimum age to serve alcohol
• Compliance with all local, state and federal liquor laws
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Bottle service experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Follow sequence of service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
