About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking a Lead Cable Technician to support cabling operations on the new Titans stadium project in downtown Nashville. This is a long‑term opportunity within a new‑construction environment. Depending on the project needs, the technician may work independently or lead a small team of helpers.

Requirements

• Cable pulling
• Cat6 and low‑voltage cabling
• Structured cabling installation
• Cable termination
• Experience using hand tools, drills, and basic construction tools
• Reliable and punctual
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic
• Must have dependable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience in low‑voltage cabling or electrical work is helpful.
• Candidates with general construction experience and comfort with hand tools are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install cable pathways, including trays, J‑hooks, and structured pathways.
• Pull Category 6 and above cabling as well as fiber.
• Terminate faceplates, jacks, and low‑voltage connections.
• Follow daily direction from on‑site leadership and collaborate with TEKsystems project teams.
• Work safely and efficiently within new‑construction job sites.
• Meet on‑site or at the shop depending on the daily schedule.
• Gain additional low‑voltage skills and training while supporting major commercial builds.
