About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate lowboy trucks to transport heavy equipment and materials to and from construction sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance. Secure loads properly to ensure safe transportation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site supervisors. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• CDL class A driver's license.
• Proficient in operating lowboy trucks and other heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent driving and navigation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
