Zoox is looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to build a best-in-class loyalty and retention program from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for owning marketing promotions, creating the vision for loyalty at Zoox, developing the multi-year roadmap, and executing the strategies that will foster lasting relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching and scaling successful loyalty and retention programs.

Requirements

  • 6+ YOE, with 3+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, customer promotions, customer retention, or a related role.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling a customer loyalty program from concept to execution.
  • Direct experience managing promotional campaigns and marketing budgets.
  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable).

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement innovative loyalty strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV), reduce churn, and foster brand advocacy.
  • Design, launch, and manage the Zoox loyalty program from the ground up, creating a world-class experience that drives customer engagement, increases ride frequency, and builds brand affinity.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year loyalty program roadmap, outlining key milestones, feature enhancements, and strategic initiatives to evolve the program over time.
  • Own all marketing promotions, including strategy, planning, execution, budget, tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new loyalty opportunities and strategic partnerships that enhance the value proposition for our riders.
