About The Position

The Loyalty Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Player Development initiatives by ensuring the successful execution and communication of loyalty program promotions and events. This position serves as a liaison between departments, assists with reporting and analysis, and provides operational support to ensure a seamless guest experience through the Call Center.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in other Point of Sales or Database management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with casino loyalty programs, booking systems, and CRM platforms preferred.
• Aptitude for report building to include analyzing, organizing and presenting data.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates effectively with all internal departments, including Marketing, Creative, and Events, to ensure alignment and communication regarding loyalty program initiatives.
• Sets up and maintains all events on VIP Offers program, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Serves as a key point of contact for internal teams regarding loyalty program logistics, promotions, and events—working closely with the Call Center Manager to educate stakeholders, distribute promotional materials, and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitors Player Development events by analyzing event attendance, no-shows, confirmations, and overall participation trends to identify patterns, improve guest outreach strategies, and support future event planning.
• Generates and distributes comprehensive reports related to loyalty program participation, compliance, and performance.
