About The Position

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong focus on admissions coordination to join our dedicated team. And includes a $5,000 Sign on Bonus! Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Includes one weekend day per week

Requirements

• Active Washington state or Multistate LPN license
• Experience in admissions or patient intake preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Compassionate and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Clinical review of incoming patient referrals to determine care needs and eligibility for services.
• Experience in reviewing and entering Medication Orders.
• Complete Patient Assessments, Consents and other Admission Paperwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external Teams.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance Plans and processing for Authorizations.
• Knowledge of ordering supplies for new admissions.
• Excellent Customer Service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
