About The Position

The LPN-Crisis Care position serving the Newark area. This is a FT night shift position, 8P-8A, 2-12hr shifts per week with an every other weekend rotation In this role you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside. These patients are actively declining We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
One year of nursing experience preferred.
CPR Certified.
Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
Must be able to mass a background check
Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
