About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a LPN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix, AZ.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (state-specific as required).
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Knowledge of basic nursing practices and patient care techniques.
- Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems.
- Support RNs and healthcare teams in implementing care plans.
- Provide basic wound care and assist with medical procedures.
- Educate patients and families on basic healthcare needs and follow-up care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice.
