LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse (Part Time Night Shift)

Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school
- Previous nursing experience in a retirement community or hospital preferred
- Strong customer service background with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and implement care plans
- Administer medications, take vital signs, and document care activities
- Give and receive shift reports; communicate with doctors as needed
- Supervise and support STNAs and PCAs, assisting with tasks like feeding
- Perform admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records using MARS, TARS, and AOD
