Requirements

Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.
Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
Active CPR Certification.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Valid State licensure as an LPN
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center.
Able to supervise LPN’s and certified nursing assistants with appropriate LPN supervisory training as per state requirement
Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident’s protected health information.
Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law.
