About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice team in an after-hours, 7-on/7-off on-call role. This position is perfect for an LPN who thrives in a patient-focused, supportive environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
In this vital role, you will support patient care after regular business hours, ensuring that patients and families receive timely, compassionate assistance when it matters most. You will assess patient needs, provide skilled nursing interventions under RN supervision, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to help maintain continuity and quality of care.

The position will cover our Poplarville & Picayune, MS area, including the surrounding and outlying communities.
