About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. This position is working Monday through Friday at our Conviva Daytona clinic located at 731 N. Clyde Morris Boulevard. Daytona Beach, FL 32114 Use your skills to make an impact Additional Information This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of Florida
• At least 2 years of experience working as an LPN/LVN

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish with the ability to read, write and speak in both languages
• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (Athena)
• Experience with HEDIS
• Knowledge of Florida primary care medicine requirements
• Working knowledge of clinical operations
• Excellent customer service
• Strong clinical background

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
