Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility discussed during the interview process. This role requires availability to cover shifts or respond to emergencies as needed and includes on-call responsibilities for your department. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Iowa
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical or clinical setting
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to lead independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Assisted Living nursing and clinical services
- Manage and coordinate resident care to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Serve as the primary leader and manager for the Assisted Living department
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
- Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance management
- Promote and uphold a person-centered care philosophy across all services
- Respond to clinical and operational needs, including on-call support for your department
