Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin (or equivalent)
• Current CPR certification
• 6 months to 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
• NOTE: For the safety of our residents and staff, Cedar Community requires all employees to be vaccinated against influenza, except for approved medical or religious exemptions. COVID-19 vaccination is strongly encouraged. Requirements may change per CMS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet resident needs
• Document observations and nursing interventions clearly and accurately
• Assign and lead CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels
• Maintain a caseload of 14–65 residents, depending on assignment
