Trinity Springs , a Cassia community, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in as a Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator in Oxford, FL . In this role, you will organize and schedule appropriate nursing department coverage, including the master schedule, daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position Shift Available: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Wage Range: $23.75 - $27.86 / hour depending on experience Location: 12120 Co Road 103, Oxford, Florida 34484

Requirements

• Experience in nursing and care assistant scheduling and staffing preferred.
• LPN Required.
• 1-2+ years working in an AL setting strongly preferred.
• Experience with TeamBridge or similar scheduling program required.
• Works on the floor with resident care as needed
• Must have flexibility in scheduling.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
• Track continuing educational programs for staff.
• Create training plans for new clinical staff.
• Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
• Track attendance and coordinate with the Director of Health Services regarding attendance issues.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
