About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated LPN- Supervisor-Assisted Director of Nursing
to support the overall clinical operations of our community. This role is vital in
ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a
respectful and dignified environment. The LPN Supervisor will work closely with
the Health & Wellness Director (Director of Nursing) to coordinate and monitor
resident care and support team development.
