Responsibilities Bolster Heights is seeing a Full-Time, Evening Shift, LPN to join our team! Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Available! This is an LPN position with our Bolster Heights Long Term Care Facility in Auburn, Maine. The LPN provides professional nursing services to residents in nursing homes and skilled rehab settings, ensuring residents' needs are met through monitoring residents for changes and ensuring safe and quality care. The LPN contributes to the individualized direct resident care to the geriatric resident populations, in conjunction with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the State of Maine. Telemetry Certification within the first year of hire. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire. Requirements
