Requirements
- LPN license (AZ or compact state)
- 2+ years of experience in acute or LTC settings
- CPR certification
- Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality resident care
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure residents’ well-being in a warm and welcoming environment
