Requirements

• NY LPN license
• BLS required
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Per Diem Expectations: 1 minor + 1 major holiday annually
• Maintain required education
• Flexible Per Diem; Minimum 2 shifts per pay period, including 2 weekend shifts per month
