About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports the design and oversight of efficient patient flow while promoting an environment focused on patient safety, quality care, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma from an accredited LPN program and a current New York State LPN license required.
- Current BCLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Proficiency in clinical care tasks including safe medication administration, aseptic technique, and related nursing procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication to support age-appropriate patient care, team collaboration, and analytical problem solving.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure completion of responsibilities.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system is a plus.
