LUBE / EXPRESS SERVICE TECHNICIAN
About The Position
Mazda of Fort Walton Beach is looking to add a Lube / Express Service Technician to our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on vehicles and wants to start or continue building a career in the automotive industry. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to learn, and wants to be part of a positive, fast-paced shop environment. While previous lube technician experience is preferred, it is not required. If you have any automotive background, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn and grow within a dealership, we are happy to train the right person. Requirements
- Experience as a lube technician is preferred
- Automotive background or basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive field
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Performing oil and filter changes
- Tire rotations and basic tire services
- Multi-point vehicle inspections
- Replacing engine and cabin air filters
- Checking and topping off fluids
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working with service advisors and technicians to ensure quality service for every customer
