You will... A Luggage Supervisor will have daily contact with the clients, employees, and guests staying at the resorts. The position requires outstanding guest service skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for leading and directing the luggage team to provide personalized luggage delivery service to our guests Manage and efficiently communicate with our client, employees and management staff to maintain the operation and any changes Maintain good employee & guest relations; Handle employee and guest problems in an efficient and effective manner Client Relations - Effectively communicate with Disney and project a positive image in responding to inquiries from our client Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement in company objectives Assist the operation when needed Perform other duties as requested You have...
