Deliver items of appreciation to foster goodwill and keep ATI front of mind Service Liaison w/ Decision Making - Be the bridge between the client and our service team.   • System Walkthrough & Training - Visit clients to demonstrate and ensure comfort operating system post install
  • Structured Client Check-Ins: Stay in touch with the client to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
  • System Upgrades: Guide clients through options that elevate their experience
  • Support Plans: Know Client's plan and be able to sell/upgrade when needed
  • Satisfaction: Deliver a "WOW" experience, each and every time. Deliver items of appreciation to foster goodwill and keep ATI front of mind
  • Service Liaison w/ Decision Making - Be the bridge between the client and our service team. You are empowered to make the customer happy.
  • Follow Up: Customer service calls, reviews, NPS scores
