About The Position

Banyan Living is excited to announce an opening for a Luxury Residential Property Manager to oversee our prestigious multifamily communities. In this pivotal role, you will manage high-end residential properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our residents and maintaining the value of the properties. This role requires a strong background in luxury property management, coupled with exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to creating a premier living experience for residents.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, particularly in luxury or high-end residential settings.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including Fair Housing.
• Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi Voyager or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, vendor management, and financial oversight.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention in luxury living environments.
• Maintain financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring profitability.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of property staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Address resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive community atmosphere.
• Market and promote the property to attract high-quality tenants and achieve occupancy goals.
